Terms and Conditions of Use

2.1 Registration requirements

Registration is open to any natural or legal person with the legal capacity to contract. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.

2.2 Types of accounts

• Customer Account : to deliver advertising offers
• Advertiser Account : to offer broadcasting spaces

2.3 Verification

WeeglAd reserves the right to request supporting documents (KBIS, ID) to validate an account.

3.1 For Customers

• Creation and management of advertising offers
• Receipt of applications from advertisers
• Campaign tracking via analytics
• Built-in messaging
• Secure payments

3.2 For Advertisers

• Consult the available offers
• Applying for jobs that match their audience
• Active campaign management
• Receipt of income

4.1 Liability of WeeglAd

WeeglAd is a Technical Intermediary facilitating the connection. WeeglAd is not a party to the contracts entered into between Clients and Advertisers, and shall not be liable for:

• Non-execution or poor execution of campaigns
• The quality of the traffic generated
• The parties' compliance with commitments
• Commercial disputes between users

WeeglAd nevertheless undertakes to set up a system of mediation and dispute resolution (see Article 10).

4.2 Users' responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided
• The compliance of their content (offers, creatives) with legislation
• Respect for intellectual property rights
• Compliance with contractual commitments

5.1 Commission WeeglAd

WeeglAd charges a commission of 10 to 15% on the amount of the campaigns.

5.2 Means of payment

Payments are made via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
WeeglAd does not store any credit card data.

5.3 Billing

A compliant invoice (VAT, legal notice) is automatically generated for each transaction.

5.4 Payment terms

• Clients : Immediate payment upon campaign validation
• Advertisers : release of funds within 48 hours after the end of the campaign (excluding disputes)

10.1 Disputes between users

In the event of a dispute (quality of traffic, non-compliance with commitments), the parties may open a Dispute ticket via the platform.

WeeglAd will analyze the tracking data and propose a solution (partial/full refund, penalty).

10.2 Disputes with WeeglAd

In the event of a dispute with WeeglAd, the user may contact customer service: support@neurovia.com

11.1 By the User

Cancellation possible at any time via Settings > Delete my account.

The current campaigns must be completed.

11.2 By WeeglAd

WeeglAd may suspend or terminate an account in the event of:

• Non-compliance with the T&Cs
• Proven fraud
• Illegal content
• Abusive behaviour
